Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

Learned APP on instructions states that charge-sheet has been filed in C. R. No. 125 of 2016 registered with the Borivali Police Station, Mumbai as against the Applicant. On instructions, she further states that since charge-sheet is filed, custody of the Applicant is not required.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed and the interim protection granted to the Applicant is confirmed on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or local two sureties in the like amount.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
