This is an application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicants for transit bail apprehending their arrest in Crime No.0324 of 2022 registered with Kotwali Mandi Police Station, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B, 406 and 506 of the IPC.

The aforesaid crime is registered pursuant to the FIR lodged by Mohd. Shoib. The Applicants apprehend their arrest in the said crime and seek transit bail for a period of four weeks to enable them to approach the appropriate court for bail.

Considering the apprehension of arrest, in my considered view, this would be a fit case to grant transit bail for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicants to approach the appropriate court for bail.

Hence, the application for transit bail is allowed on the following terms and conditions:

(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicants in C.R. No.0324 of 2022 registered with Kotwali Mandi Police Station, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, the Applicants shall be released on transit bail for a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties to the like amount; (b) This protection is granted only for a period of four weeks from the date of the order to enable the Applicants to approach the Competent Court for seeking appropriate relief. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
