As far as Applicant No.1 is concerned, after arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief to Applicant No.1, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of Applicant No.1's application. 2.

As far as Applicant No.2 is concerned, the learned APP on instructions states that investigating agency does not want Nesarikar

2 / 3 her custody because she has two small children and investigation can be carried out without her custody. Also she has undergone surgery on her leg.

The statement is recorded and accepted.

In view of this statement, Applicant No.2 can be protected by the anticipatory bail order.

Hence, following order is passed :

O R D E R

(i) Application in respect of Applicant No.1 Sunita Vijay Bangar is disposed of as withdrawn.

(ii) In the event of arrest of Applicant No.2 Chaitrali Vikram Pansare, in connection with C.R.

No.94/2021 registered with Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Station, she is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

3 / 3 (ii) The Applicant No.2 shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.

(iii) Applicant No.2 shall furnish all contact details and residential address of the place, where she intends to reside.
