The above Civil Application has been filed to correct the factual error in respect of dates which are appearing in the order dated 22-1-2013 passed in Writ Petition No.8794 of 2012. On the first page in the first line the date "24-02-3012" to be substituted by the date "24-02-2012". On the second page in line two "M.A No.61/2011" to be substituted by "M.A.No.6/11". The order dated 22-1-2013 to stand corrected accordingly. The office to furnish certified copies to the parties if applied for. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
