We have heard Mr. Deshpande, learned advocate for the petitioner.

The learned AGP appearing for the State raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 3.

In light of that the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are left open. No costs.
