Two FIRs have been registered. In connection with FIR No. 11 of 2016, learned APP, on instructions from Sr. PI Dinesh Katke, Bhiwandi City Police Station, submits that charge-sheet is filed on 19/8/2016, where the present petitioner is shown as accused. On the complaint of the petitioner FIR No. 13 of 2016 was registered. The petitioner alleges that he suffered bullet injury at the hands of accused Saddam Nepali.

Learned APP submits that the Commissioner of Police, Thane has gone through the investigation papers in respect of FIR No. 13 of 2016 lodged by the petitioner. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the

16-cri-wp-1634-16 investigation is complete and the police would now file appropriate final report within two weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report submitted by the police.

Petition is disposed of with liberty.
