Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner original claimant in claim Petition No. 1315 of 2004 filed present Contempt Petition for non compliance of judgment and award dated 05.04.2014 passed by M.A.C.T. Mumbai by the respondent i.e. they have to deposit sum of Rs.9,41,000/- with 7% interest, which was awarded by way of compensation in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner have alternate efficacious remedy to execute the said award. Considering this fact, I do not find any reason to entertain the present Contempt Petition.

Hence, Contempt Petition stands rejected.
