The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition, however, he submits that directions may be issued to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. Leave granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, we make it clear that in case, charge is not framed and if the Petitioner is so advised, he may resort to the appropriate remedy by way of filing an application for discharge. In case, the charge is framed, the Trial Court may endeavour to expedite the trial.
