The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the proposal was submitted seeking provisional appointment of Petitioner No.1 as a peon. The proposal is not accepted by Respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.

It is submitted that Petitioner No.2 is situated within the jurisdiction of Respondent No.2 as on date.

In the light of that, the Petitioner No.2 may submit a proposal seeking approval to the Petitioner No.1 to Respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 on receipt of the said proposal shall decide in accordance with the law expeditiously and preferably within six months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
