These applications are made through jail for early hearing. However, as per the instructions obtained by the learned Prosecutor, the trial of the applicant/accused is over in Sessions Case No.2 of 2013 in Sessions Court, Islampur, Sangli on 5.11.2016. 2.

In view of the above, the applications have become infructuous and the same are disposed of accordingly.
