This is the second application preferred by the applicant seeking pre-arrest bail. The first anticipatory bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.) vide order dated 23rd March, 2018 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2102 of 2017. There is no change of circumstance, warranting interference in the earlier order. Hence, the application is rejected.
