After having heard the Mrs. Ingale, the learned counsel for the applicants, Smt. Ambekar and the learned A.P.P. for the State, Mr. Giri, the learned counsel for respondent no.2/ori. complainant submits that two gold chains, of Rs.45,000/- and Rs.32,000/-, amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and other belongings be directed to be returned to the complainant.

In response to the same, the learned counsel for the applicants undertakes that the applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- with the Investigating Officer within a period of

ssk 2/2 Cri. ABA 751/16-18/11/16 four weeks from today. The same statement is not objected by the counsel for the complainant or Investigating Officer. Hence, as such same is accepted as an undertaking.

In view of above, the custodial interrogation is not called for. In view thereof, the application stands allowed. In the event of arrest in Crime No.323 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 384, 341, 342 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants be released on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties in the like amount on following conditions : (i) The applicants shall furnish their mobile phone numbers and permanent place of abode to the Investigating Officer within one week from today. (ii) They shall attend the Investigating Officer on Monday and Thursday for two consecutive weeks from next week and thereafter as and when called for.

(iii) They shall not tamper the evidence and/or influence the witnesses.

(iv) The applicants shall not visit the place of working or the place of resident of the complainant and shall not induce or issue threat to the complainant.
