1) This is an application for restoration of interim relief granted to the applicant by order dated 8.2.2017. By an order dated 19.4.2017 the said interim relief was vacated on the ground that, the Advocate holding for Advocate on record did not maintain the decorum of the Court and and was casual in his behaviour. It is the settled position of law that for the fault of Advocate the litigant should not suffer. In view thereof the interim relief granted by an order date 8.2.2017 is hereby restored.

Application is accordingly allowed.
