This is an application through jail seeking expeditious trial in Sessions Case No.595 of 2014.

The learned APP, upon instructions, submits that in the present case, charge is framed on 12th Januarys, 2015 and at present, the complainant is in the witness box. In view of this, no further directions are necessary.

The learned Addl. Sessions Judge shall make an endeavour to expedite the trial and shall ensure the presence of the accused on each and every scheduled date, failing which the learned Addl. Sessions Judge shall take appropriate action. He shall not grant unwarranted adjournments to the prosecution as also the accused.
