Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 raises a preliminary objection. He submits that the Applicant has approached this Court directly when in fact, the order issuing process is revisable.

In view of the preliminary objection raised by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw these Applications with liberty to file Revision Applications in the Sessions Court. She submits that the Applicant will file the Revision Applications within three weeks from today. 3.
Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 on instructions states that he will not oppose the delay that is likely to occur in filing the Revision Applications provided, the said Revision Applications are filed within three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the Applications are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is made clear, that if the Revision Applications are filed, the learned Judge shall decide the same on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of these Applications.
