CORAM : S.C. GUPTE, J.

DATED : 12 JANUARY 2017 P.C. :

.

This appeal was called out in the morning session. Since none appeared for the parties, it was kept back. When it is called out in the afternoon session, none appears for the parties. This Court has been notifying a weekly board of hearing matters, making it clear by a notice put up on the board that no adjournment would be granted in final hearing matters appearing on the weekly board on any ground. The rationale of this notice is that these matters are very old and have been pending for a very long time, some even from 1992. This Second Appeal has been pending since 1994. I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
