This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased appellant - Chabburam Shivvadan Pal who is stated to have died on 16th January, 2023. Death certificate is annexed at page No.11. It is submitted that his son Hariram Chhaburam Pal pre-deceased on 19th March, 2019. Death certificate of Hariram is also annexed at page 12.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application.

Amendment to the memo of appeal shall be carried out as per the schedule annexed with the application within two weeks from today.

After carrying out amendment, amended copy of the memo of appeal be furnished to the learned Counsel for the respondents within two weeks.
