The First Appeal is of 2003. There was a status quo order of 16th July 2003 in this very Civil Application. That ad-interim order has continued. The Appeal is otherwise ready for final hearing. Written submissions have also been filed.

It seems that unfortunately although Rule was issued on the Civil Application, there was no formal order admitting the Appeal. The impugned order is of 7th January 2003.
