From the allegations in the report, it appears that the amount of Panchshil Foundation which is a public welfare and charitable institution has been allegedly misappropriated. Therefore, it will be open for Panchshil Foundation to file appropriate application for withdrawal. Present application at the instance of Panchshil Infrastructure Holdings cannot be entertained.

The interim application is, therefore, disposed of with liberty as stated above.
