Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.50 of 2015 registered with the Crime Branch Unit No.1 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, r/w.34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned APP states that the applicant is being summoned for enquiry and that they would give 72 hours notice to the applicant, if they intend to arrest the applicant. In view of the statement made by the learned APP, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press the application and seeks leave to withdraw the application. It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and if the Crime Branch Unit No.1 intend to arrest the applicant, he should be given 72 hours notice. The applicant to co-operate with the investigating officer and attend the concerned police station.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
