The said case has now been committed to the Court of Sessions at Dindoshi and same has been numbered as Sessions Case No.752/2023. 2) In view thereof, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
