The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.542/2023, dated 06/12/2023, registered with Malshiras Police Station, Solapur Rural, under sections 420, 465, 468 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the same relief the Applicant had approached this Court on the previous occasion vide Anticipatory Bail Application No.700 of 2024. The matter was heard for some Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly."

This order is clear enough. There is sanctity attached to the prayers made before this Court. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Applicant had prayed for unconditional withdrawal of that application. There is no change in the circumstances. In view of this earlier order, I am not inclined to entertain this application. The application is dismissed.
