Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This contempt petition is preferred by the complainant with a grievance that the respondent State of Maharashtra to comply the order dated 19.11.2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panvel below Exh.1 in Misc. Application No. 1508 of 2014.

It is the contention of the petitioner that though the learned Magistrate directed police official to carry out investigation under Section173(8) of Cr.P.C. and filed the report, they failed to do so. Hence, the present contempt petition.

These facts are stated by the respondent no.2 in his Affidavit-inReply dated 18.05.2015 in paragraph 7. Considering the submissions made by learned AGP for respondent and Affidavit-in-Reply filed by respondent no.2, I do not find any reason to entertain the present contempt petition.

Hence, contempt petition is rejected.
