DATE : 28th June, 2018 P.C: (Operative Order) For the reasons recorded separately, the application is allowed in the following terms.

a) The Applicant shall be released on bail in CR No.291 of 2017 dated 29.12.2017 registered with N.M. Joshi Marg Police Station,Mumbai now culminated into Sessions Case No. 209/2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Page-1/2

901-ba-1007-18 Judge, Greater Mumbai, Mumbai on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/-with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

b) After his release from Jail, the applicant shall attend the N.M.Marg Police Station, Mumbai on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00p.m. c) The applicant shall attend all the dates before the Trial Court unless precluded for medical reasons. d) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or pressurize the prosecution witnesses.

e) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. f) In view of the order passed in the present application, the application for intervention bearing Criminal Application No.525 of 2018 is accordingly disposed off. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) Page-2/2
