914-WP.5971.2018.doc cannot ascertain whether the seizure of a truck stated to be involved in illegal excavation and transport of sand is done in accordance with law or otherwise. The petitioners can approach either the authorities under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 or a competent criminal court and seek release of the seized vehicles for all we know, the order of seizure is dated 15th March, 2018 and thereafter, the petitioners may have moved these authorities. In any event, when there is a clear dispute on fact and there are plural remedies available, we do not entertain these petitions. They are dismissed.
