The City Civil Court as per judgment dated 3rd March 2022, was pleased to deliver the judgment of acquittal and had set aside the judgment and order of conviction dated 22nd February 2018, passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, Kurla, Mumbai. Leave is not yet granted to prefer an Appeal against the judgment of acquittal of Respondent No.1-accused passed by the City Civil Court.

The Applicant-complainant is repeatedly not attending to the matter. It seems that the Applicant-complainant has lost interest in the matter.
