At the outset, Mr. Chaudhari, learned APP states that the Chargesheet has been filed after filing of this Bail Application, 2.

In view of said statement made by learned APP, Ms. Mangale, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
