The applicant has been convicted under Section 302 r/w 34 of IPC. Being aggrieved thereby, he preferred Criminal Appeal No. 788 of 2014. In the present application, the applicant has stated that he does not have financial capacity to engage an Advocate, therefore, an Advocate be appointed from High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the applicant in his appeal.
