Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Petition was filed on 5 May 2021 seeking an Emergency Parole on the ground of COVID-19 pandemic. Thereafter, that relief being no longer available, the Petitioner has sought amendment with a by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:

2021.10.06 10:13:33 +0530 prayer for release on regular Parole leave for 45 days. This amendment is PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE made only in the prayer clause with no corresponding amendments in the Writ Petition.

Since the entire nature of the relief would now change, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner, if so advised, to file a separate Petition regarding the prayer for regular Parole leave, which will be considered on its own merits.
