Feeling aggrieved by the transfer order dated 10th April 2017 (Exh.-A) by which the petitioner has been transferred from Nashik to Pune the Petitioner has filed this petition. 3.

According to the petitioner within the short span of one and half year he has been transferred without taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner's wife is suffering from serious elements and had undergone five surgeries and that there was also vision loss to her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the aforesaid medical reasons the petitioner had submitted N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

p-516-app-wp-5036-2017 a representation on 10th April 2017 itself (Exh.E) but till date the said representation has not been decided. On the other hand respondents are bent upon to take disciplinary action against the petitioner for not joining at the transferred place. 5.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the Competent Authority of the Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioners aforesaid representation (Exh.E) as expeditiously as possible, keeping in view the personal difficulties and ailment of his wife.

Let the decision on the said representation be taken as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than eight weeks from the date of the receipt of copy of the order. Till the petitioners representation is decided, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner for not joining at the transferred place. 7.
