We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to decide the representation filed by the Petitioner dated 9 April 2014, referring to count the Petitioner's claim of part time service as a Librarian and to grant all consequential benefits arising out of the same, as early as possible, preferably within 12 weeks from today.
