DATE: 23 DECEMBER 2015 P.C. :- 1] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 1 April 2015, by which the Minister (Co-operation) has merely granted an exparte interim relief pending the appeal before him. There is no case made out to interfere with this exparte ad interim order. The petitioner has right to show cause and persuade the Appellate Authority to vacate the ad interim exparte order. There is no necessity to entertain the writ petition for the said purpose. In case, reply is filed by the petitioner, there is no doubt that the Minister (Co-operation) will hear the parties and decide on the issue of continuance of ad interim exparte stay in accordance with law and on its own merits.

2] With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of. 3] All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
