This is an Application for stay filed by the Insurance Company praying for stay of execution of Judgment & Award passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai dated 05.03.2013 in Application No. 2783 of 2006.

Mr. Mahadik, learned counsel for the Applicant - Insurance Company states that as per the Award, the Insurance Company has already deposited the entire amount before the Court below. Today, this Court has allowed the Application in part filed on behalf of the Applicant - Claimant for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the

CAF 734-15.doc Insurance Company. In that view of the matter, during the pendency of the present Appeal, there shall be stay to the execution of Award dated 05.03.2013 in Application No. 2783 of 2006.
