Heard Mr.Sabrad, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr.Oak, learned Counsel for the respondent.

Mr. Sabrad submits that the applicants will pay Rs.25,000/- during the course of the day to Mr. Oak and he assures that on or before 1.7.2016, the applicants will pay Rs.6,000/- to Mr. Oak. Mr. Oak submits that the applicants have deposited Rs.60,000/- in this Court, Rs.20,804/- in the trial Court and Rs.20,900/-

2/2 924.CAC.327-16.doc in the Appellate Court. The respondent may be permitted to withdraw these amounts.

Mr.Sabrad has no objection. In view thereof, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amounts deposited by the applicant i.e.

Rs.60,000/- deposited in this Court, Rs.20,804/- deposited in the trial Court and Rs.20,900/- deposited in the Appellate Court, unconditionally. Mr.Sabrad states that on 28.6.2016 the Executing Court has kept the matter. In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.

C.R.A. NO.480 OF 2015 :

List the Civil Revision Application for admission on 11.7.2016. In the meantime, adinterim order granted on 4.2.2014 shall remain in force.
