Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Pune Municipal Corporation.

As of today, there is no occasion to clarify the order dated 28th November 2013. If on the basis of the investigation made by the police, a chargesheet is filed in relation to the order under Sub-section (4) of Section 8 of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976 in respect of the property in question, the Applicant can file appropriate Application.
