At the outset, Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP, on instructions, states that the Charge-sheet will be filed within a period of one month. 2.

In view of said statement made by learned APP, Mr. Nikam, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after filing of the Charge-sheet. 3.
