The counsel for the petitioner seeks leave for amendment. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Though the petitioner made an application for getting necessary permission for Five Years Full Time Bachelor of Architecture Course in December 2014, respondent no.2 has not granted affiliation to the said Architecture College for the academic year 2015-16. Therefore, in the interest of justice, it is necessary for respondent no.2 to take decision about the affiliation as early as possible preferably within one week from today and communicate the concerned accordingly.

909.wp.4432.15.doc In the event the decision is in favour of petitioner, it would direct respondent no.3 to include the name of the petitioner in the list of colleges for Common Admission Process to be conducted by the respondents for admission of Bachelor of Architecture for academic year 2015-16.
