The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of the protection which was granted vide order dated 21.03.2016 (M. S. Sonak, J) whilst allowing the above Petition. The said protection was to the effect that the orders passed by the Tenancy Authorities would not be enforced for a period of six weeks. The said six weeks period is coming to an end on 02.05.2016. The Applicants/Respondent Nos.1 to 7 have filed an SLP in the Apex Court against the said judgment and order dated BGP.

The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the original Petitioners i.e. Respondents in the Civil Application states that the said SLP is to come up before the Apex Court on 06.05.2016. The Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that he is bereft of any instructions on the said aspect. In my view, it would be just and proper to continue the protective order for a period of two weeks from 02.05.2016. The Civil Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent and to accordingly stand disposed of. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
