Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 produced two copies of the documents. One is the Consent Terms dated 6th October 2012, and the second is Memorandum of Understanding dated 28th March 2012. The Appellant contends that he has received the amount from Respondent No.1 and now he does not want to prosecute this appeal.

Today, the Appellant is present. He admits the contents of these documents. They are taken on record and marked as Annexure "X" and Annexure "Y".
