Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The parties have urged that during the course of the arbitration

901. aba 668.18.doc proceedings before the arbitrator, there may be a proposal or counter offer which may be acceptable to the parties. It is submitted that in view of the order passed by this Court and the observations made, the parties have to approach this Court for any modification or clarification of this order. The parties are agreeable and even I find that the course that this Court proposes to adopt is not unreasonable. In that, in case the parties are willing to agree to any or all of the terms decided between them to which they consent during the course of arbitration, it is open for the arbitrator to record such concession and act accordingly. 2.

The observations made in the earlier order granting anticipatory bail will not preclude the arbitrator from recording such concession and acting on such concession in accordance with law.

Interim Applications stand disposed of.
