This Civil Application seeks impleadment of legal heirs of deceased sole Petitioner. There is a delay of 231 days in taking out the application. The application is duly served on the Respondent. None, however, appears for the Respondent. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the delay is condoned and the legal heirs of the sole Petitioner, namely, Applicant Nos.1(a) to 1(c), are brought on record in place and stead of the Petitioner after condoning the delay and setting aside the abatement. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
