Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner did not apply for emergency parole before the Jail Authority at the first instance and has directly filed present Petition before this Court. Even otherwise, perusal of Petition would indicate that, due to efflux of time it has become infructuous.
