Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, the amount of Rs.5,000/- towards surety has been returned to Petitioner by way of deposit in his Personal Private Cash Account. Photograph of the receipt thereof is annexed alongwith report dated 23rd January, 2023. The said report is taken on record.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
