The learned counsel for the respondents submits a letter dated 20th June, 2018 given by Govind Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Limited i.e. the petitioner that they want to withdraw the Recovery Case No.6122 of 2003 against one Mr. Surendra J. Raut as he has paid all the dues. Letter is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-B'. 2.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of.
