By the present Petition, Petitioner is seeking a letter bearing reference No. 48/15/URN/MZU/2016/1907 dated 11.11.2016, a correspondence allegedly between Avon Life Science Ltd and NCB, Mumbai Zone.

Petitioner is at liberty to prefer such an Application before the trial Court if so advised and permissible under the provisions of law. If such an Application is filed by Petitioner before the trial Court, the learned Judge of the trial Court is requested to consider the same entirely on its own merits and as per the provisions of law. 3.

It is made clear that the trial Court shall not be influenced by the request made by this Court to it for considering such an Application on its own merits.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
