By judgment and order dated 9.1.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No. 356 of 2014, the applicant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 302 of IPC. Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant has preferred Cri. Appeal No. 410 of 2018. In the present application, it is prayed that an advocate be appointed from the legal aid panel in his appeal.
