ORDER:

Inasmuch as the Petitioner has an alternate remedy before DRT, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.

The ad-interim relief granted vide order dated 20 April 2018 shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks from today. We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank who has taken instructions from Shri Dheeraj Aseri (Manager Law) of the Respondent Bank who is present in Court that on 2 May 2018 at 12 1/2
