This Application is for deletion of properties as NILAM SANTOSH KAMBLE NILAM SANTOSH KAMBLE Date: 2022.10.10 17:13:53 +0530 mentioned in Scheduled-I annexed to the Application. It is submitted that there is a settlement with the Builder in respect of the said properties being Survey/Hissa No.116/5, 116/7, 125/1. The applicant is also seeking deletion of Respondent No.13. 2.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), at the risk of the Applicant. The necessary deletion to be carried out within two weeks.
