2] It is submitted that though the Appellate Court has allowed the appeal, vide its order dated 3rd April 2018, at the same time in order to give a fair chance to the Petitioners herein, the parties were directed to maintain status-quo in respect of the construction till the period of one month. The said period is expiring today. 3] As learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents is seeking time to argue the matter, the same order of status-quo is extended till the next date.
