Heard Mr.Purushottam G.Chavan, learned Counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant has prayed for setting aside order dated 02/03/2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial -II). By that order, the applicant was given 4 week's time to remove office objections, failing which, Second Appeal was to stand refused for registration along with the Civil Application filed in the Second Appeal without reference to the Court. Mr.Chavan submitted that the only office objection raised was not filing of the certified copy of the Appeal Memo. He states that after restoration of the Second 1/2

25.cas.789.15.sxw Appeal, he will file certified copy of the Appeal Memo and remove office objection within 2 weeks from today. He submitted that notices were not issued to the respondent in the Appeal. 4.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c) with no order as to costs. Second Appeal Stamp No. 26989 of 2014 is restored to the file of this Court. The applicant shall remove office objection within 1 week from today by filing certified copy of the Appeal Memo.
